As always, Triangle Reconstruction is a company I can trust to do a great job. The owner, *******************, is thorough and recently his workers did an excellent job of restoring the area in my house affected by a leak. I have used this company many times in the past for work on my crawl space and attic. Their integrity and reliability are unquestionable. For many problems that arise, it's the first company I think to turn to. If my problem is not be something they specialize in, they provide guidance so I know where to go for help.

We are pleased to recommend Triangle Reconstruction with our highest praise. It seems too simple to say that they do what they said they’d do, but that’s exactly what happened. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. We were treated with respect at every step of the process. Both ***** and *** were available at any time we had a question via text or phone call. From *****, we received a daily morning report, with the benchmarks they hoped to accomplish that day, who would be on site, when the workers would arrive, and an update of what was accomplished the previous day. We were provided with a ton of photos and videos to document the progress under the house. Either *** or ***** was on site each day. *** took care of all permitting and being present on site when the town inspectors visited. The majority of the work in the crawlspace was done by **** and **** ****** with some support by ********. **** painstakingly hand selected each piece of lumber. My husband was impressed with the quality of lumber. Each worker who came out to our house was detail-oriented and respectful of us and our property. The work space was kept tidy and waste was removed daily. The people of TR are exceptional. A++++

I was looking for someone to do encapsulation work in my crawl space. This company was one of three companies I reached out to for pricing. What I liked about this company was I was not sold the most expensive work just because.... He gave me three options to work with. Explained in detail what each option was and what it did and did not do for my crawl space. My work was more on the preventative side since I have a new house. He even gave tips on how to keep water away from my house as time goes on, as the ground will change over time due to water runoff. When they came to start the process they were on time, and finished fairly quickly. I went under the house with them and they explained what they did in detail. Happy customer here!!!

Triangle Reconstruction, were hired to remediate our crawl space. Process started with an inspection, and he priced some options, good, better, best and we decided on which option. Pricing was fair and reasonable, they were easy to work with and to schedule. They came on time and completed the work in the time frame discussed. The crew was professional, did a fantastic job, with no issues at all. *** came back to inspect the space himself, and then again with me. He is a wealth of knowledge. He knows his business and is hands on. I would suggest them to anyone interested. Our house never had a vapor barrier, and now with it, it feels so much better inside. The transformation is incredible. He does what he says he will, when he says he will and for the cost he said he would. I hired Triangle Reconstruction to clean mildew from my crawl space and replace the vapor barrier. They also were performing structural repairs to rotted floor joists and rim band board, along with resetting the back exterior door that was the cause of all the water damage. I worked with two separate crews from Triangle Reconstruction. The first crew handled the mildew removal and vapor barrier replacement. They did a fantastic job, absolutely no complaints. The second crew was the framing crew. This crew, although very friendly, did an overall poor job. I provided a engineer sealed repair detail that was not fully followed. Some of the hardwood flooring at the back door had to be removed for the subfloor replacement as expected, and the crew was not careful with the demo now requiring me to replace additional hardwood flooring. The back door still leaks water from under the threshold after two attempts to properly flash and reset the door. The framing crew left caulk all over my deck, remaining hardwood floors, and door hardware. I couldn’t have stressed harder to Rob and the crew that the door cannot leak water as it was the root cause of all the repairs being made. Now that they have received payment, they have cleaned their hands of me while I’m left to find a competent contractor to fix the back door where they couldn’t. Despite the fact I was left with an unresolved mess, not a single apology was given. I would not recommend this company for anything structural related.

*** and ***** were FANTASTIC. I am a Real Estate agent and I work with vendors regularly for various jobs - these guys (and their fabulous team) were easily the best I have worked with! They communicate well and promptly, their pricing is extremely fair, they are "human" about the whole process (not rigid - they work with the situation as it is), and the work they do is outstanding. I cannot recommend them enough!
