            scheduled shuttle for 11/9, when I arrived at airport my shuttle was not available. I paid 206.68 for the service. Owner scheduled a cab ride for me instead. Cab fare for ride was 170 plus a 20-dollar tip. I would like to be reimbursed the difference of what I paid for the shuttle service and what the owner paid for the cab fare, plus the anguish of arriving home 2hours later than originally anticipated.
