If there were negative stars, thats what I would give him. On May 20, 2021, Freds Tree and Lawn Service was. O tracked by my neighbor to remove a tree in their backyard. There was no street access to their tree which was very near our property line. That morning my neighbor called and asked if they could use my driveway and back yard to get access to the tree. I was told any damage would be taken care of. **** or his employees drove a large truck as well as a wood chipper down my driveway, through my back yard, along the edge of my back yard to gain access to the tree. They were still working there when I had to leave for an appointment. Later, when my son-in-law came home from work, he saw the huge tire marks in the grass and that the top cap of mt sewer line was broken off and missing. The tire marks went over that area. The next day, I called the neighbor. I said it needed to be fixed. I would call a plumber. They told me to call ****. I did call him. First of all, he was very arrogant and argumentative. I told him they did damage. He said he didnt see anything. That was on a Friday. The following Monday, he came to my house with my neighbor and brought a sewer cap. I asked him to put it on. He refused. I asked the neighbor if he wanted to put it on. He said that he did not. I told them I would call a plumber to put on the $3.00 part. After some arguing,**** took the cap and placed it on the cement stoop by my front door. Then he turned his back and walked away I had to pay the plumber $145 for the repair. I sent the invoice to Freds and he never responded. I have heard that he has treated many people in similar way and refused to take care of any damages.
