            Rain replaced our roof on September 11th 2023 after storm damage. We were misled by the Project Manager James. R***** Contract value was higher than the estimated costs our insurance company was projecting. Before signing the contract, James promised us that the Law required our insurance company to pay the difference. When it came down to it, Rain was not able to back up their claims and I felt we were lied to in order to secure the sale. I would Like Rain to adjust their contract value to what the Insurance company had paid us for the repairs.

            I would give Rain ******************************** *********************************************** October 2022. We were BLESSED **** from rain remodeling was driving pass our area when I called them to send someone out to give us an estimate. within hours **** arrived. **** walked around our property taking pictures showing us all the damage that we actually had and we didn't notice everything. Our roof on our home is 7 sections and different heights, our barn/garage roof is metal, We had holes through our vinyl siding, dents everywhere in our metal siding, gutters, downspouts, loss 8 skylights, 3 ******** windows, french doors, deck railing & our list keeps going. My *********** just built our home to retire in. So We're older, and now scared. **** assured us his company Rain Roofing has a large crew to help us put our home back together. WE WERE SO BLESSED **** stopped and we signed a contract and PRAYED he was able to do all this work. His crew was here every day till the work was done. This large crew of contractors//workers are so DEDICATED & Caring about EVERY detail of our repairs.. The *** IS SHINNING and our home is back together again. SO BLESSED OUR FAMILY found **** and Rain ********************************. SO BLESSED he was driving through our area.. SO BLESSED it was **** that cares so much about the quality of work that they do. and his workers DO TAKE PRIDE IN EVERYTHING they did for us. 10 stars is what we give **** and RAIN REMODELING
