            Kennihan Plumbing installed a new pressure tank (its a well system) and associated valves on February 21, 2022. Today is March 17, 2022. I have not received an receipt for the work performed as of this date. I was told by *******************..the technician that did the work ...that a receipt would be emailed to me.The water pressure in my home has been slowly diminishing and has greatly diminished since the repair. I called to ask if ***** could come out to check things over to make adjustments to correct.Somebody who claimed to be the "owner" called back and asked me why "I TOOK SO LONG TO CALL"??? I was completely baffled by this question to say the least....1. I was thinking well maybe things need time to adjust...it will get better hopefully 2. It just got worse 3. I will call a certified plumber to assess the situation 4, i intend to dispute this charge to the full extent I gave the benefit of the doubt. I had no problem with the bill... I just want what I paid for...water access and pressure like i had before the KENNIHAN PLUMBING repair what a horrible company ...

            ************* ********** you have said was not accurate. When you called, you were apparently inebriated, because, the foul language you spoke to the girls in my office from the start was, and always will be, unacceptable. Then you called back again, using the same screaming language, told my girls you were coming to the shop, to the point that I have contacted the local police. When I spoke with you, I made it clear that we would come back and look at it, but the reason for our first visit was the debris from your well had plugged you filter, and you broke it when you attempted to change it. I would gather to guess that the filter is probably plugged again, and needs changed out. I will not charge you for that advice. Please don't call our office again, as I do not want my office staff to hear your profanity. If you need to call, ask specifically for either myself, *****, or my father, ****. We are the Kennihans.
