Omg I cant put in they amazing their customer service is wonderful. I can call them mid morning. Theyll be here in the afternoon solving all my problems showing me what I need to know teaching me. Ive been with them for three years and I loved every moment they come by to check on me and my equipment, these guys are a bunch of professionals wonderful with pricing I cant imagine another Air-conditioning company me going to not even for service that always be my company and man I love them all great bunch of team workers I just cant put it all in words

Air-Pro is a HORRIBLE company. If I could give them zero stars I would. We called them out for a leaky faucet and two spigots that were not diverting on May 10. It is June 21 and still not fixed.Air-Pro Heating & Cooling Response

AirPro was assigned by my Home Warranty company (AHS) to fix a broken AC unit. After 3 visits the techs advised the unit needs replaced due to the cost of the repair. However Airpro refused to tell AHS that replacement was recommended due to it being the lowest cost option and quoted them $3,800 to fix the unit with $3,300 being what I would owe not covered by AHS. They provided me a quote for $3600 to replace (not covered). **** from Airpro stated he recommended Replacement to AHS but AHS insisted on repair. AHS stated it was never recommended for replacement although **** from Airpro insisted it was. After finally getting additional information from AHS I called Airpro again to see what was going on. I spoke to ***** this time and he advised they never recommended replacement and only repair.This company is a SCAM! They only due home warranty claims to scam homeowners into buying a new unit from them and will not work with the home warranty when replacement is the best option.Air-Pro Heating & Cooling Response

Unfortunately this customer does no understand the process of the home warranty company, we are just a vendor and are required by our agreement with AHS to follow stringent guide lines which must be followed. Customers do not understand this is an insurance policy similar to home owners insurance. We at Air Pro do deviate from the truth, if unit can be repaired that is what give as our diagnosis.AIR PRO does not commit INSURANCE FRAUDCustomer Response

Ps airpro told home warranty the evaporator coil needs replaced however I have written proof from the tech that the compressor is bad.Customer Response

The fraud is your own tech left written documentation that he determined the compressor is bad and you submitted a different part (the evaporator coil) to AHS.Air-Pro Heating & Cooling Response

I had my furnace checked a month ago and was told everything was good with my furnace. Last night I had no heat when I returned home. I called AirPro 4 times through out the night and received no response from AirPro. I was very cold throughout the night and very upset about not even getting one call!!! I will no longer be using this company and therefore called another company who returned my call early in the morning. I highly recommend not to ever use this company and the poor service that this company gives!Air-Pro Heating & Cooling Response
