              Ordered on 7/25/21 totaling $91.85 which taken from my account. I got an order confirm email but after a few days of not getting a shipping confirm I called on I believe 7/30/21 and spoke with a woman who informed me that part of my order was on backorder and I was given the option to have what was currently in stock sent (with backordered items being sent when they got them in) or they could cancel the order and refund me. I chose to have it cancelled/refunded. On 8/9/21 I got an email that my order had shipped but by this point I had purchased replacement items elsewhere b/c this one was supposed to have been cancelled. I called the company and they sent me return labels. I shipped the items back and they were received last week per USPS tracking. I called 9/3/21 to check the status of the return and was told it would process that day and I would get an email that afternoon with details. I never got that email. I called back today 9/8/21 and got the same response. I want my refund.

              Dark Black Male Cashier employee is a thief. He claimed that he is in charge of the closing ********** store. He tried to give me a $14.99 item without me paying for it. He asked me for $5.00 cash. I told him that I was paying with a card. I made him ring me up, he tried to get me to steal the item. When he rang it up, I paid $12. and some change for it. "BEWARE," Never take items from stores without paying for them. I don't care what the worker says.
