      My Kia has been sitting on Monroeville Kia lot for 18 weeks waiting for motor replacement only got a rental for ten days I will never buy Kia again and won’t get sweat Monroeville Kia

      They lied to me, stated I could get a remote start installed, now they stated on my vehicle they can't install a factory remote due to changes *** did to souls. I paid cash for this car with the understanding I could get the remote. Now I'm being told to do an after market one, but my warranty will be voided.

      a long story short they texted me and said that I need to rotate my tires when I got there I said change the oil too even though I had 2000 more miles to go, in less than 30 minutes they said that I was ready to goi noticed that they hadn’t put a sticker in the window letting me know when the next oil change would be, then something told me to look at my tires and to my surprise they hadn’t been touched, I know this because I had scratched my passenger side back rim and it was still in the same place.NO MORE KIA LEASES FOR ME.

      I took my *** to Monroeville Kia because they accepted the extended warranty I had purchase when I got my car from another ******ship 2 hours away from me. My car was loosing power (RMPs) at **** and it could not pass or go up long hills until it recovered after several tries of getting over **** RMPs. We had to 2 different Auto Zones and it coded both times for high fuel pressure. We told Monroeville Kia what we thought the issue was and it was in the fueling system.After a couple of days they called me back and told me I had a blown head gasket and that they would call my extended warranty and get permission for a 4 hour engine break down to get my oil change receipts in order. That there was sludge in my engine and the car fax showed I had not been getting oil changes. I then spoke to the Service Manager over the service rep I had been dealing with to get the same line. Blown head gasket. Didnt hear for a week called back he was out with COVID so I spoke to the general manager of the ******ship who went and go the information and called me back with same bull about blown head gasket. I told him again they were wrong it was coding high fuel pressure and I was coming to get my car. They had me sign documents stating blown head gasket they did no recommend I drive my car.I took my car back to the ******ship I bought it from. They trouble shot it and got the same code that 2 auto zones had gotten high fuel pressure. So they spoke with the local *** ****** to them and go the troubleshooting for that issue. The ****** ship replaced the fuel sensor like the first step said to did not fix it so they went to the second step replace the high fuel press pump. WOW car fixed! My car is running great.But I WARN people that Monroeville Kia wanted to do an unnecessary replacement of my head gasket with a 4 hour tear my engine tear down and would not listen to what I had done to troubleshoot my car issue. DONT TRUST this ******ship!!!!!

      I appreciate Monroeville Kia they have great customer care in the service department. I was very happy to see ***** again he knows what he is doing very helpful and courteous explains everything done and how the vehicle (I have a sportage) is holding up which is very helpful to a woman who knows little about automobiles I hope to see him again when I come back for my regular maintenance service in a few months.

      The team was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This is the first time I felt comfortable and in control of my car buying. Jake, Val, Bill and Mike worked as a team to make sure my car buying experience was truly amazing.

      There service department sucks I don't recommend ! My car was burning 1 1/2 quarts of oil every 1000 miles and they said that was normal and if I needed a new motor they would not provide a loaner car and I would need to pay for one myself and it could take more than a month if they were willing to replace it at all.Kia cars suck and so does the service

      My experience at Monroeville Kia was fantastic. My salesperson and Finance person made my purchasing a car painless. Their patience and professionalism made the decision to buy easy. From sales team to Finance and Service department. I couldn’t be Happier. It was such a pleasure doing business with all of them.

      KIA has a great people relationship with their customers, however, they definitely have to become more organized. Customers want good timing with great service
