I took my 2022 Ford Transit in for a simple oil change and tire rotation . I picked up my van and when I got home I noticed that my rear cargo door was damaged. The wrapping on the door had two tears in it. They must have backed it into something. I took it back the next day and they said the service manager was out sick. They took my name and number and said he would call me when he got in. Six days later no call. I took it back and the service manager said that they could not have done it. It must of had to be done in the parking lot where they are not responsible for. They are not going to do anything to fix it. So beware taking your vehicle to them for service. They won't live up to there Responsibilities!

This is in regard to the service department. I did not purchase my vehicle there; so I cannot comment on that aspect of the business. I made an appointment to get my leaky sunroof fixed: especially to have it closed. Additionally, I asked them to look at the back-up camera and why it was not working. They texted me and told me my vehicle was finished. When I got there to pick it up they told me that "They diagnosed the problem to tell me the camera would need to be replaced and they would need to look further at the sunroof." They charged me $150 for this diagnosis. They further told me they would need more time. I asked them why they told me it was finished when it is clearly not FINISHED. I would need to make another appointment to bring it back to actually get the work done. The whole reason I brought the car to them was to fix it. Not tell me it needed to be fixed. My 3 year old nephew could see that it didn't work. I even told them that I had the headliner halfway down that they needed to bring it all the way down to see what was wrong. Yet, they could not do that within the appointment I made. To top it all off my vehicle was returned to me smelling like someone was smoking cigarettes inside of it. I value my time dearly and this was a waste of both time and money. To their credit the service manager tried to call, but it is way too little and way to late.
