Dont recommend. Bad experience. Doubled the original estimate and totaled my vehicle.Charged 2200 dollars to take a few parts off plus storage.I took the car to the ford garage and will end up getting it fixed for half the price.I get the fact that you may want the vehicle to b perfect when it leaves your shop , but there was no communication with me the customer. Just an easy way to put 2200 in your pocket.Run the other way.

I am sorry you feel this way and that your experience was not to your satisfaction. To clarify the situation, your insurance company had someone write an estimate for the damages to your vehicle that did not include all of the damages on it, including visable damage to the hood. Once we brought the car in for disassembly, there was additional hidden damage found. Enough damage that we stopped further disassembly, wrote up a supplement addressing the additional damages found and then submitted the supplement and photos to your insurance company. At this time, I personally called you to inform you of what we found and that the information was submitted. After several days of waiting to hear back, your insurance company finally deemed the vehicle a total loss. Our estimate and supplement reflected the work that would need to be done to properly repair the vehicle and be able to give you a warranty for those repairs upon completion. The charges that accrued while the vehicle was here are standard for the industry. If they were not, your insurance company would not have agreed to pay them.
