              I called them for help, the man who answered the Phone was rude, cold, uncaring, talked over me, he abruptly hung up, He did say that he does not handle the complaint type I was asking about, but he could have been nice about it, I felt that he was simply nasty, who knows? I may have needed them for something else in the future, He gave me the impression that he would be too difficult to deal with if he was my attorney, I don't see any reason for an attorney that represents people be cold and nasty to a possible client, in my opinion this is a poor attorney and should be trained in how to deal with possible customers with respect. I do not recommend them, I wish that I would have got his name, I suggest that if you want to use their service that it would be best to research them and not let anyone treat you in the way he treated me, I was only looking for help, but he was too cold, rude, ignorant and nasty to me, there are plenty of attorneys, I advise people to shop around. Why was he like that to me? I am so sorry that I ever called them, never will again.
