              Bought a house built 2019 in ******** and 4 months later at the heat of summer, AC stops working. Two independent HVAC company said compressor is dead due to non refrigerant caused by a leak. The aluminum tubes instead of copper was used and poorly done causing a premature leak. Called the Cartier for warranty repair and pointed me to **** Roberts, the commercial installer for this community. They dispatched a technician and said parts is covered but quoted me $3k for labor. $3000 for labor! I called *****, the technician to provide a written statement numerous time to resend to correct email address and no response. Nothing, ***** Poor customer service, poor workmanship, and price gouging. Horrible company. How the h*** they get away with this?I see other complain of leak from other customer. looks like theres a workmanship issue with this outfit?

              Had an AC technician tell me my line from my AC to the attic handler is leaking because it was improperly installed when the house was built by **** Roberts After talking with people in my ********** community this has happened to more than a lot of people *** contacted them and they are not willing to fix it for a reasonable price or acknowledge it was theyre mistake in installation I shouldnt be paying for any major repairs on a new AC unit because of faulty installation

              Terrible company! Got a brand new house with ***************'s A/C units (1 for upstairs and 1 for downstairs). Every single year that we have been in our house now we have had one of our 2 units have a problem. Takes their technicians hours to fix. You would think with a brand new house we would have brand new units. If they are brand new why would we have a problem with a unit every single year. 3 years in a ****** was our upstairs unit and this year it is our downstairs unit. And now of course we are beyond our warranty so it's all out of pocket for the repairs. UNACCEPTABLE for brand new units!!!

              I was so very happy to have **** Roberts check my A/C unit before the Hot temperatures arrive!My technician (*************************) was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He went right to work and he explained everything he was going to do. I'm very happy with my recent visit from **** Roberts and will remain a customer for a long time!

              I have been going round and round with these people since I moved into this house a year and two months ago theyve been out here probably over 10 times havent fixed a thing. Whatever they say is the problem and they claim to fix it - is right back at the same place, unfixedin a few days, I plan to report them to our ROC. I am so disgusted with their poor quality work. A supervisor came February 27 to fix my heat and it is right back out today . It is cold cold and I have no heat whatsoever January 13, they dont know what theyre doing. Do not deserve one star..

              We had the pleasure of having *** put in a new air conditioner for the house. He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. *** explained ever step he was going to do, so we knew everything that was happening. He was thorough from the moment he arrived. He made sure that every step he took, he cleaned up after himself. He even stayed for awhile once he was done, just to make sure everything was in working order!! By far THE BEST repair guy I've ever had in my house!! Thank you *** and Thank you so much **** Roberts, you have an exceptional team!! You are definitely our go to people.

              I was very disappointed with their service. I have moved into a new house 18 months ago the ** unit was installed by **** Roberts. It was under warranty with **** Roberts In June the ** unit was not working, I suspected a leak on the connector line. Paid $85 just for the **** Roberts *************** to visit and he said no leak at connection line and would need additional nitrogen and test other areas for leak for $199.I spoke to another technician he showed me the leak at connection line took a video. Spoke to **** ******, they asked another $85 visit again I am ****** because they are at fault for having a leaky pipe (it is not physically damaged) it is due to over heating at connection, the technician charged me 85 not finding the leak We had no ** between 1 PM and 8 PM in ******* with 105 heat it was like 86 inside house for 3 days now I had to pay additional $70 to another technician who showed me their is a leak Lousy work and not much support when I call them they just charge even if it is their fault. Why would I pay for a bad workmanship unit which is just 18 months old. Now are asking me to spend around $700 to fix this issue. They are not decisive in fixing the issue, technician is wishy-washy HOPE BBB can help, builder says it should be fixed by **** Roberts since it is under their warranty. I wish I could give a 0 star as rating The Unit is located in *******, ************** Service attended June 24

              I had a great experience with the company. We had our A/C go out, and they scheduled ** within a week. Later that week, they called, informing us they could come sooner if we wanted. This is AZ. Yes, please.****************** arrived precisely at the time when he said he would and went to work right away. He troubleshot the issue to a blower and was able to use the warranty to get it changed out. He was diligent enough to repair other problematic issues to mitigate further problems down the roada true professional. When he completed his work, he spoke in ******** terms about what happened and how the repair fixed the A/C system. He was polite and very respectful and was a wealth of information.Overall, it was great doing business with ****************** and **** Roberts. Thank you for your time and service.*****

              **** Roberts offer a 1 year service plan that is presented in a deceitful fashion. While the plan cover 2 visits / inspections the scheduling delay at **** Roberts is between **** months. I have called several time to set an appointment but given my active military status I am unable to determine availability 10 months away. When attempting to just be scheduled for the service that was paid for up front **** Roberts informed me that our year would expire and wants another payment. This seems like a phenomenal business plan...collect money...provide no service...request more money...project potential service in **** months. This business has embraced teleworking for a trade that requires in-person service. Please steer clear of their service plans, your money should be donated to a reputable charitable organization not this business masquerading as a HVAC service provider.

              Can I please giver them 0 stars OR negative stars?? I live in a new build home that I just bought 2 years ago with a 10 year warranty. The ** already wasn't blowing out any cold air. So I called & they said it would cost $85 for a technician to come out, his name was ****. He did some testing & said he doesn't think there are any leaks but was NOT sure. He wanted to freaking charge me for 10 LBS of freon = almost $1,000! But he said he can not guarantee how long it will last?? REALLY BRO?? I also spoke to his manager *************************** and he was the most cocky & most UNHELPFUL PERSON EVER. No wonder this company has only 2 out of 5 stars on Yelp. Why would *************** the builder use such a P.O.S. company? BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. I called another ** ************** fixed the issue right away.
