            I was on a payment plan with them paying $100 a month and in December of 2021 I decided to call in and pay the remaining balance. I thought it was done and over with but then I received a call from them a week or so later saying they accidentally charged me again for $100 and were crediting my account immediately. I said no worries and they did credit the account but then exactly a month later in January I saw a similar charge, so I called them and they apologized about the mistake again and credited my account and said it wouldnt happen again. Fast forward to today (February) when I checked my account and noticed they charged me AGAIN for the same issue. At this point its more of an inconvenience that I have to call every month to get credited when Ive already paid off the balance in full months before. Im going to be filing a dispute with my bank and may have to have them issue me a new card altogether since this keeps happening.
