            On 2/10/2022 I got ripped off by Dougs transmission for $3,395.52. After picking up my truck 2 weeks after I dropped it off I noticed my my oil pan was replaced with a Chinese pan and O ring when i just wanted the gasket replaced, weird noises and knock sounds can be heard when accelerating up to **** rpms which it did not make before the oil pan was replaced, The transmission was shifting horrible and was told that I needed a tune to get rid of the horrible 1st to 2nd gear shift because of the shift kit. I ended up getting a tune and it still runs like ****.After inspecting the truck after a oil change I noticed that the oil pan bolt had snapped because it had been impacted on. As I inspected the transmission housing bolts, I noticed that one had been snapped off and just left there, not supporting anything like it should.I work in construction and cant believe how it was just left like that, unsafe and defective.

            I took my truck to ****** Transmission for a rebuild on my transmission i spent $3k for this to be done. ever since taking it back it has had a issue with the transmission i have taken it back to them over a dozen times they keep telling me nothing is wrong with it but clearly if there was nothing wrong with it i wouldn't take it back. my experience is horrible i cant even drive my truck now cause i don't feel safe in it with my kids. please don't go there save yourself some time and headache
