              Around 9/14/2021 my bike was in a accident. I called the insurance company from the guy that hit my motorcycle. They set up for my bike to be towed the next day. I was told the tow would arrive before the closing time of the body shop closed. The towing company didnt arrive until 8:30 that night. So I called the insurance company bad to let them know. So the quik pik tow took my bike to their yard and I was informed by their drive it would be moved the next morning forat thing. On the 16th of September I called and they said my bike still wasnt moved because they didnt ha e the papers. So I called the other guys insurance to let them know that it still hasn't been taken to the body shop. The told me that the tow company has all the paper work so they didnt know why it wasnt done. Upon delivery of my bike I seen that my gas tank was leaking fuel when it wasnt before. It was brought to my attention from the harley ******** service rep. I think they tried insurance fraud

              Hands down the the rudest and laziest people I have ever met in my life.The driver couldnt find me with my specific directions. So he called me f***king idiot and a dumb a**. I told him I understood his frustration but he has to keep his professionalism. Following that he placed a large lift on the ground with his hands in his pocket refused to lift it.Making the excuse my truck is too high.I told him that it is a minor 6 inch level kit and the dispatcher knew I had a truck.He neither attempted or allowed me to lift my own truck to change the tire and left. Another professional came with the same lift that took 15 minutes and I generously blessed him with a $100 tip.FYI the dispatcher did not make things any better agreeing with previous gentleman without laying eyes on my vehicle.And hung up my face.She said management would call me which I have not heard back from.
