We purchased our pool cover in August 2023 and officially covered our pool in November 2023 for the winter. It's amazing the amount of dirt and blowing debris that has been collected on the cover in the last 4 months. When we have had rain, it has been easy to pump the water off the cover. Sure cuts down on having to clean pool filters. We still run our pool pump to continue to circulate the water in the pool, but have cut down on the time the pump runs. Since putting the cover on, we have not had to add so many chemicals to maintain the water balance. The cover is easy to put on (great lessons from the guys who made the cover) and take off.

This is the first year we have our cover, we have installed it 2 times since we got it. It is very manageable to put on and remove. We leave for the hot summer months and when returning the cover is dirty but the pool is clean and water in great condition. This product does exactly what we were looking for.

We appreciate your review and overview of how well the cover allows you to hibernate your pool during the summer when you are gone. So many people that are "snowbirds" have the problem of how to take care of their pool in their absence during the summer months. The Powerlock cover does a great job without having to hire a pool service company just for the summer months.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Complete sham job. Asked for something that was fully retractable and the "sales person" *** advised that obsoletely can be done. They even showed a video of it being retracted. After receiving the install, and going through the walk through, I was told that what I received was not retractable at all. They dont make it anymore.Spoke with a manager who told me that was a "misunderstanding" and that there is nothing that could be done. He told me that I would get a call back from owner within 30 minutes.Fast forward a day later, the owner called and continued to say that I was lying and that there is no way that we were told that was retractable; manually or automatically. He did acknowledge that the video they show shows it being retractable, but they do not sell those.Bottom line is, please be very cautions when or if you use this company. They will misrepresent what they sell and will place the blame on you saying "its a misunderstanding".I literally paid $4,000 for a tarp and anchors that I could have gotten at ********** for under $1,500.Horrible company!

This is a ridiculous and disingenuous review. I have tried to reason with the customer but as you can tell by reading all of our other reviews, we do not make automatic pool covers. We make manual covers and have an average 4.7 stars because we do what we say. We do not advertise automatic covers in any way, they are not on our website or literature. The estimator that went to the home has been with me for 18 years and would not misrepresent our product. He showed the niece of the customer the video of our Powerlock cover being removed manually and he says that we showed the niece a video of an automatic cover and substituted our Powerlock cover instead. Why would he say that? The reason is, which the customer does not want to mention, is that he was not part of the presentation. He was not home when the estimator showed up for his confirmed appointment. He chose to have his young niece get the estimate. He bought the cover several weeks after the appointment after we did a follow up phone call and never brought up anything about an automatic cover. I never once called him a liar and offered for myself and the estimator to come to his house and meet with him and the niece and see what might have gone sideways in communication but he refuses to do anything but post a ridiculous review. Please judge us by our almost 300 online reviews on ******* Yelp, BBB, ****, etc.

We have a large heart-shaped diving pool. Their installation was professional and took only a few hours to complete. They showed us how to fold the cover and store it. We have large pine trees that shed and drop pine cones. The cover has made a world of difference in water savings and pool maintenance. I would highly recommend this company.

I have had my pool cover for just over a year now, and I love it! The piece of mind that the pool is secure while having two small children running around is priceless! And every encounter with the staff was amazing! They were all so nice, and non-pressuring. After receiving the quote it took me a bit of time to save up for the cover, and never once did I get harassed about buying their product. I would highly recommend this company and product.

Best decision ever! I am grateful for my safety cover everyday! While removing the dated prisoner looking fencing around my small pool I researched my safety cover options and found Solar Safe Pool Covers. They came out within a few days and completed the jobs shortly after that! The water stays clean, easy to pull back to swim or clean and I NEVER have to worry about my dogs or visitors being in ***** way! Love my Solar Safe Pool Cover! My kids are adults now and our pool was no longer used. I was tired of maintaining it but didn't want to destroy it. I just wanted to park it for awhile until another family can enjoy it. This cover was the perfect solution. It looks nice and my pool is no longer an eyesore or a money pit!

Thank you for your great comments. Most people do not realize that about half the pools in ******* get little to no use. It is just no longer part of the homeowners' lifestyle. When children become teens their time is spent doing other things and the pool goes unused. Our Powerlock cover is the perfect answer for an unused pool and a much better option to filling it in or building a structure over it that is very costly to remove and restore the pool. Enjoy your savings in time and money.

We purchased out Solar Safe Pool Cover a couple of years ago as we were just tired of the endless debris blowing into our pool - primarily mesquite leaves that were getting into our pool filter, dust from the seasonal dust storms, etc. We also wanted to open up the space around our pool that was blocked off by the pool fence we had but still providing solid safety for grandkids when they come over. This cover is FANTASTIC! The staff that supported us w/the purchase & the installers were so nice & patient w/our questions. We actually had it professionally cleaned as well & the person who came to clean was equally as nice & informative. In terms of safety I personally walked across it & stood in the middle a few times. I weigh 225 lbs & needless to say, I did not fall in nor was the cover damaged. I would highly recommend this cover for the peace of mind it provides in terms of safety when kids are around as we can let then enjoy the back yard year round in a safe environment.

The pool cover does a great job keeping kids safely out of the pool and debris as well! We had a mesquite tree and it is the only pool cover that keeps the tiny little leaves out of the **************
