      Caribbean Pools was the best decision my husband and I made for our pool and hot tub! We initially were in contact with **** our sales and marketing associate who was available for any questions we had throughout the whole process. They are a wonderful family owned business that exceeded our expectations. The communication, reasonable pricing, and timeliness from the beginning to completion was flawless! We would highly recommend them and would like to say thank you for a job well done!

      Unfortunately for ** this pool builder built a lemon. The has 3 structural cracks, coppimg comimg off, finish is discolored and cracking in the spa. Caribbean Pools has forced litigation. We chose this contractor due to writtem warranty, price and reviews. How wrong we were for our choice.

      Buyer Beware... I contracted with this company in late 2022. Had them hold off on construction until I was able to secure a loan to pay for the construction of my pool. Applied with there recommended company and was denied due to the credit market tightening up and interest rates going higher. Then applied to get a LOC under my home and was denied again due to basically the same reason and not having enough equity in the house after the market started pulling back. I told my sales rep that I wasn't ready to proceed until I figured out financing. They then sent an excavation company (Very Unprofessional Janky Subcontractor) out to dig out the pool, which stuck me with having a massive hole in my backyard. During this process they damaged the concrete entering the backyard sidewallk and refused to fix it (Carribbean). Basically, said we are not responsible for any damage to your property. After this I told them I will not be doing business with them anymore. I then cancelled the contract. After a short period of time, I decided to build the pool myself using some trusted people I knew in the industry. A few months later, Caribbean sues me for lost profits because I didn't let them build the pool. So now, out of principle I am defending this for several reasons. 1) They promised a pool loan would be no issue and couldn't deliver the financing. 2) When the property was damaged by one of their subcontractors they would stand behind and correct the issue. They just said it wasn't their problem. 3) Suing me for lost profits when I built it myself. Is this even a thing. Since when are pools profits for a homeowner. Everyone knows you pay more for the pool than you get in increased equity in the home. I will continue to update this review as I proceed to the court date with the results. I would steer clear of this company.......Buyer BEWARE

      Caribbean pools did an excellent job designing and building our pool. They laid out the entire process start to finish and updated me accordingly. We love our pool and even recommended them to a neighbor that also decided to build with Caribbean. Thanks for everything, Caribbean Pools!

      Caribbean Pools did a great job. **** was such a great person to work with. He sure was on top of everything and he made sure we were happy. We also worked with ******* and she was great too. She will answer all are calls and any issue we had she always made sure we were taken care of. The only reason we gave them four stars is because some of the other staff we worked with seem like they didnt care. Even when trying to reach out to those specific people there was never an answer back or even a clear one. But other than that their work is great.

      These people do not do the job! They cross thread the bolt on our filter before our Autistic 4 year olds pool party and told us they would be back out at 730 am to fix it never showed up told us they arent coming and we would have to pay for them to come if so. Which resulted in her party being canceled! These people are very inhumane & unprofessional! As a business owner myself I would never recommend Caribbean pools to any one !On that note Islander *********** came out same day and fixed it! Anyone looking for a good company I would suggest Islander! Very professional, reliable, good character! You can trust!Stay away from Caribbean pools!!!!!!

      There is not enough space to write about our experience with Caribbean Pools. Let's keep it short and definitely not sweet, avoid this company at all costs. They are full of false promises and definitely deadlines. The only thing they know how to do well is collect your money!!DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM U LESS YOU LIKE FRUSTRATION AND BEING LIED TO!!

      After glowing recommendations from 2 of my sisters and our neighbor, I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with this company. We broke ground in May and while I understand COVID and the labor shortage has caused projects to take longer than expected, my biggest gripe is the communication. Starting with the salesperson who hasnt returned a text to me since May 27, to getting the runaround from the office staff, it has been a struggle to get any communication, let alone updates. It is the beginning of September and the pool is still incomplete. Nobody has come in the last two weeks to work on our pool, we have already paid them 90%of the total cost and seems like the more money we give, the more difficult it is to get any communication. Since August 23rd, we have sent a texts, emailed and called the company; all have gone unanswered. The website where we could log in and check the progress of our pool continues to be outdated. Throughout this process, the majority of the updates I have received, have been initiated by me and I feel like if it was not for my relentless pursuit, the steps needed toward the completion of the pool would have taken even longer. Unlike the people who have recommended this company, my experience has been filled with nothing but disappointment, stress and frustration.
