They did a great job! Measured twice and all the screens fit perfectly. I asked for additional fasteners for one screen and they came right out and fixed it. Very pleased with the results.

Very competitive price and prompt delivery of our screens. The installation was also done very well. We would definitely recommend this company to others. Im not sure about the other reviewers but we certainly had no issues with the company or the installation process.

If I could give -5 stars I would. This company is highly unprofessional. They are very responsive and nice when it comes to customer acquisition, then after the job is done, they ghost you. First it took them months to get me a quote, then lost the quote and had to come back again to measure. Then they did not show up for the install date promised, not a single phone call to warn me. I had to call to find out what was going on. Then when they finally came to install the screens, they had the wrong sizes. They had to come back 4 different times to finish the job. A couple of the screens are not even tight. They collected payment and never provided me with a paid in full invoice once the job was done. They where supposed to submit the rebate for to SRP and NEVER did! They stopped answering my calls, emails, or text messages. I called SRP and they told me that there is a 6 month deadline to submit the form and they need the final invoice. So now I lost all that money as well because they did not do what they are supposed to do.Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company as much as possible. They only want to take your money and don't care about quality or professionalism.

Overall, I am pleased with my purchase of the sunscreen as well as the cost associated with the purchase. However, the pain point that I have been experiencing as of late, is the screen has broken only a year after having been built, and now after numerous calls and emails to the company requesting they come and fix the broken pieces that are under warranty, I am getting absolutely no response or follow up. I have been completely ghosted. I may have to hire another company to fix the work.

HONEST REVIEW. I prefer only to write positive reviews but when customer service is so bad, I feel like I have to warn others. We chose this company because of the previous positive reviews and that the pricing was reasonable. They provided a quote, took my CC and left. I couldnt find the copy of the quote anywhere so tried calling and messaging them multiple times over 6 weeks asking if they had processed the order, if we had an order, if they could just call back and confirm we had an order with them and never heard a word back. Then one day I received a voice message they were going to install our screens the next day - wtf? When the installer (owners son) showed up he reeked of marijuana and didnt know it was a anti-golf ball install so had to go to *********** I spoke with the owner on the phone and he said he always checks his messages - how can that be that every single one of my voice messages and emails was missed? I was busy with other contractors when he installed them and didnt check them before he left (my mistake). They look terrible, I could have done a better job. The screens arent secure and they are crooked or warped. They need to be properly re-installed but that will leave s**** holes in the window frames of our brand new house and that irritates me even more. I have reached out to the owner, who I realize has some health issues and Im sorry about that but if hes expecting his sons to take over the business then its in trouble and I cannot recommend. I will update this if we get resolution but buyer beware.

I couldn't be more frustrated with this company. They were very quick to get me a quote and take a deposit. But as soon as they had some money from me they were never the ones to initiate contact with me to let me know what the status of my screens was. When they told me they had a 3 week lead time I waited to get a call for an install date that never came so I contacted them and they told me they lost my paperwork and asked if I could send a copy of my invoice. Later they said they had 7 jobs in front of mine and it would take another week to finish. Then the next time I reached out they told me my screens would be done by friday. Fridat came and went and all I was told (after again, being the one to reach out to them) that my screens had only been started and not finished yet. Here we are 2 months after the initial deposit was made and I still have no idea where my screens or money are at. Horrible customer service. Feels like I've been scammed.
