I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. We had our windows measured in May 2022 after 2 months of waiting and no response from Stellar Sunscreens. They finally responded when I wrote an email claiming possible fraud. 3 more weeks went by, before they showed up, but not all the screens were correct, and we had to wait again. When they finally finished we ended up with frames that looked used with scratches all over them and one mid-frame brace still missing. I have several texts from the owner that says they will fix them, but every time they say they are coming no one shows up.Review from Carrie H

On February 16th 2022 Stellar Sunscreens came to our house and took measurements for three windows to put outside screens on. The owner **** gave us the price and we wrote him a check in full for ******. He soon after cashed it and we still as of July 6th, 2022 do not have the screens installed. On June 21st I sent his company an e-mail asking him the status and have not heard back. Both my husband and I have called the one phone number listed on the website multiple times and left messages, which the owner **** has not responded. It only takes minutes to tex me or call your customer back.The few times I had spoken to him he had reasons why they hadnt been done. His secretary he had to let go the paperwork he couldnt find, so I sent him our copy with the dimensions and the amount we paid. At this point we just want a full refund of $****** sent back to us. Been patient enough since he originally stated it would only take a couple of weeks to get done.****** & *************************Review from Brian S
