I contracted with the owner for a new roof for my home, because our friend used him 5 years ago and said he did a good job and had no issues with the roof in 5 years.. Of all the other quotes, he is the only one with a "no-leak" 15 year workmanship warranty (that he hands you as a signed certificate when the roof is complete) versus only a 2 or at most 5 year warranty from the other companies. He finished in 3 days as he said he would do, and the job looks wonderful, he even cleaned out the gutters! He had the site cleaned up at the end of each day. I have no complaints. He was attentive to all the little things that could have been skipped over.

I contracted with the owner for a new roof for my home. I was told they would put up containment for the debris from my old roof. When they arrived on 1/10/2022 I noticed all the debris falling to the ground. It was windy and the paper, old tile pieces, and nails were flying all over my yard and into my pasture. I spend most of my time outside picking these things up because I have dogs and horses and did not want them to ingest these items. One worker went around and picked up some things around the house but after he left I continued to find more than 50 nails and lots of debris. I have continued to pick up debris every day for the 6 weeks and each day there is more. When I look up at my roof I can see plastic paper sticking out and debris sticking out of my gutters. I called the owner over 3 weeks ago and told him my availability to come and fix this issue. After 3 days when he did not return my phone call I called again. He did not apologize. He stated the office would call. They called and left a message stating they would be out at a time and day I was unavailable. When I called the office back and offered a more convenient time the girl told me she could not reschedule - that she "didn't do that" but she would forward a message and someone would get back to me. No one called. When no one showed up on the day I offered, I called again. This woman got defensive and told me a number of reasons why they couldn't come out but also could not reschedule because she "didn't do that". This went on for 2 weeks trying to get someone to come out and being told "someone will call you". As of this date 2/26/2022, no one has called, apologized or come to fix this issue. I continue to pick up the debris myself and will have someone else come clean my gutters because I can't do it myself. My experience with this company was very frustrating and disappointing. When taking my money the owner was very attentive and said, "I'll take care of you". A sales pitch, obviously.
