            I executed a contract with Patterson Roofing LLC on 2/18/21 for a roof replacement project at my residence. The tile roof crew was initially on site 3/11/21 - 3/12/21. The foam roof crew was on site 3/19/21. Unfortunately much of the work was significantly below par. William came out to view the property on 4/16 and agreed to send crews back out to address concerns, however, the concerns did not end up getting addressed. The tile team was back out on 4/17 and the foam team was back out on 4/21. William does not seem to possess the communication, management, or follow through skills to see this project through. I have never seen him on the property at the same time a crew is here. There seems to be repeated communication breakdowns between William and the crews, and then William attempts to blame the miscommunication on me, despite the concerns being either in his inbox or text messages. I expect a professional job for what I am being asked to pay.
