The company and *************** were recommended to me a few months ago. I was interested in having a roof replaced and I took the opportunity of scheduling an appointment to meet and discuss the replacement. That was a very easy and effortless task to obtain the appointment. Within a few days *************** visited the home, inspected the roof, took measurements and the information of what I needed. In about two days he provided me with an estimate. Needless to say, he was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. After all the materials for the roof were delivered his team was at my home the next day removing the old shilgles and preparing to install the new ones. The workers themselves were also very polite, respecfful and pfofessional. When the job was done within three days, the lawn and driveway were left extremely clean. I am very satisfied with the company and the job and will be very happy to use their services again.Review from Bryan T

I have been an Ultimate Properties customer for close to 20 years. They are the easiest property manager that I work with for my multiple rentals. I am a property owner and overall have had a great experience with the team. It started a little ***** with main repair contact but ever since ***** has taken over everything has been seamless. The team is caring and empathetic to both the tenant and owners situations. They are great at finding tenants too which makes me feel comforted that my home is being well taken care of.Review from Jasmine M

After being a real estate broker for thirty years, I had to select a property management company in order to be able to move out of town for retirement. Of all the property management companies that I had come across during my years in real estate, I chose Ultimate Properties. Ultimate Properties has been managing my rental home for almost three years. During this time I have referred them to my own daughter and some of my best friends. We all have had a great experience with everyone at the company. Their record keeping is flawless and their ability to retain happy tenants is exemplary. My parents are in their eighties and they rented a house on ******************************************************. They were such a bad management. They lived in the house for eight years and the management never painted or cleaned the house in all those years that my parents lived there. When they moved out we the kids hired a cleaning company and they cleaned the whole house but the management company sent us pictures complaining about the grout being dirty and telling us that we had to clean the grout and clean the carpet and the shelves being scratched when they didnt even paint the house or cleaned the carpet all the eight years my parents lived there. They took the whole deposit and asked for $750 extra. This is the worst company that anyone should rent from. They should never be in business as they rip people apart. I know they discriminated against my parents because they are old. Be careful and never rent from this property.
