              In April there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling that was fixed temporarily. A gaping hole was left for months. I had prepaid rent $3,300 and was ignored until I refused to pay more rent until they fixed the hole. There was insulation, mold and scorpions falling into the apartment from the hole they left. When I contacted the manager ************************* assured me it would be taken care of immediately. When it wasnt he told me he would resign my lease. Once I paid rent was sent a non-renewal notice to have me out within 30 days. When I asked to be released from my lease 15 days early ******************* insisted I move out the 5th on the day of my heart surgery. We had everything moved out except a table and cleaning supplies. When I attempted to clean ******************* told us he didnt have time to wait it was the weekend and he doesnt do move outs until Tuesdays. Then charged me $300 redecorating fee and $300 cleaning fee along with extra rent. Costing me an additional $2900 to move.

              AZ **** of *** sent me a letter last week letting me know i have not pay rental taxes from 5/1/13-4/30/14. I hired and paid Caballero Property Management to manage my property during these period. They need to call the **** to clear up these unpaid taxes. I had call their office and email them but got no resolution.
