      My parents have used Advantage Arizona for property management for their rental property for many years. They have always taken good care of all aspects, from vetting the potential tenants, handling tenant issues, lining up any necessary repairs/maintenance and handling the financial aspects of collecting rents, etc. We've been very happy with them, as attested by how long we used them.

      Our family has been living at this location for almost a year now, have paid on time each month, and do our best to take care of the property as if it were our own. We've mostly lived in apartments before now, so getting used to an urban neighborhood life is a bit of a culture shock; but we've been dealt with fairly and professionally by ******* and her team the whole way. By far the nicest and most professional property managers we've ever had. We've had no issues with payments being processed each month or maintenance requests getting immediate attention. Honestly, the only real issues we've had was a toilet needing a new part, and that was taken care of the next day; as well as some front yard attention for plants that didn't make it that the *** took notice of. All taken care of with minimal stress.******* is very approachable and direct, so I always know I can get accurate info when needed. In our experience with past property managers, we've been sorely disappointed with how we'd been treated (we got robbed at one apartment, and the apartment manager basically said "that's too bad, but there's nothing we can do"), but we have never felt that way with Advantage AZ and *******'s team. Our needs are taken seriously here, and this is a standard that all property managers should take notes on. This a is a beautiful home in a great area of Surprise, and it is my hope that we continue staying here for years to come. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

      I applied for a rental. This was for my mother, myself and my 2 children and I was denied. I was shocked so I called and spoke with ******. She said it was because I filed bankruptcy over 7 years ago and if I could do it once then I could do it again. I had explained that I was in a abusive marriage and I had to at that time and she continued to say that I would just do it again. My credit is good and I have never been late on a property. My mother who is a co applicant has a credit score of 800 and has never filed bankruptcy. She told me that my mom should have just applied but I am the one that makes the money and she said that she should make more. I did inform her we were needing this home because my mom is starting chemo next week and my landlord is selling his property. ****** just discriminated against us. She was so rude, vile and judgemental. Again I have never been declined for a home and if you were to call any of my landlords they would say that I was a perfect tenant. I will see what boards I can file additional complaints with.

      The application process that is used is the same for all applicants. The decline of a application is not personal. The criteria for the application is disclosed on the cover sheet of the application. The process is not designed to be discrimatory. We wish your family the best in locating a rental property.

      Absolute crooks and unprofessional! 11/5 years as tenant with on time payments, they broke the lease illegally so the owner could sell the home to ***** someone else in the market! Were late in giving me the itemized list for move out had 14 days, from July 31, got it August 20!!! Carpet was garbage when I moved in and charged me ****** for cleaning and damage!! ****** for yard cleaning that I did not create. ***** for a 12 year old garage remote that quit working years ago they refused to replace. Oil stains, ***** that were there when moved in!! ****** and her mother ******* are just terrible human beings, rude and ignorant! Next stop the ***** and AG's office. Run from these people, they are despicable!! As you can see from the other real reviews, they have been doing this for years!!! They NEVER did any improvements and the owner *********************, is a deplorable POS!! They had to be begged to do maintenance. Tenants do not have to be pay for wear and tear! They claim to be ********** just another false promise!! They claim a home warranty was in place, liars!! They are the bottom of the barrel!!!

      Hello *****, This is *****************************, Broker and co-owner of Advantage Arizona Real Estate and Property Management. We are always interested in reviews of our companies services, especially with clients such as yourself that have elected to renew their leases and thus relationship with our services for over 11 years. Of course, renewals are always optional to the residents. Curiously, I have not been aware of our mishandling the services our client (the homeowner) has provided in the way of maintenance and communications.I do have the maintenance history of the past 11+ years and see a consistent list of maintenance requests and vendor services that had been provided and were in keeping with the lease agreement. These services were for many typical items that went the gamut from ************************* hot water heater replacement, sprinkler repairs, kitchen faucet replacement other plumbing addressed and repairs made. Again, I do not see communications from you that indicated a deep dissatisfaction with your 11+ years of optional residence in this property. As you are already aware, the lease renewal offer was withdrawn due to unauthorized persons residing in the property which was obtained in writing from you.Other issues that were involved have already been discussed both in writing and verbally.We have approximately 100 photos of the condition of the property taken at the move out inspection. We are more than willing to share those with you upon your request. The owner of the property provided maintenance upon request, the lease does not offer "improvements" to the property. Again, I do not see a history of deep distrust and dissatisfaction in your 11+ years residency and relationship with Advantage Arizona and the homeowner. We do not intentionally ignore tenants. If any maintenance request that you made was deemed ignored, we would have appreciated immediate feedback. Thank you for taking the time to post your personal opinion about the 11+ years you resided in the home. We wish you the best moving forward.

      Check the emails over the years Lady!!! You guys lied and knew this was used as a business. I showed proof that a minimum 3 years ago you knew others were in the house!! Your daughter ignored that!When your landscaper screwed me over after shoddy work and cost me over a **** the previous year on the water ****. Your greed will be your undoing. More complaints to come with all governmental agencies!
