      Horrible experience. Criminal billing practices. Was at the home for 1 hour and 5 minutes and charged $350 in labor. When I asked about it they first said it was for two different projects so they bill labor separately for each. Then they said they charged me travel to go and get the part.I purchased the same part for $40; they charged me $137. When I questioned this, they said it was because it was hard to find. Never would show the actual invoice they paid.Bottom line we paid $200 for initial call and then another $487 to install a cartridge check valve on a shower. They also performed a pan test on the shower to show me some hairline cracks. All for $700. RIP OFF.

      Our company strives for complete transparency, client satisfaction and take great pride in our work.This review and the slanderous words used come completely out of left field for us as we feel we went above and beyond for this particular client and her son.We do not take this lightly and would like to take this opportunity to share our experience since it would be a complete shame for a potential client to not feel comfortable with our company based on a very skewed, one-sided, version. On Friday 9/30/2022 we received an after-hours call from the homeowners son who stated someone had tried to replace the shower cartridge but was unable to complete a repair and water was off to the home.We scheduled the call and were on-site for 1.5 hours Friday evening. The cartridge provided by the homeowners was missing a part. Being it was later in the evening, and this was a specialty part, we were not able to acquire said part due to plumbing supply stores being closed at that time. Our tech, ***** made sure to cap off the shower head so he could restore water to the home and planned to finish the job once the special part was in hand.On Monday at 7AM we received a text from the homeowner stating they found the missing part and it would be at the home when the tech came back out. As a courtesy, and at the request of the homeowner, ***** messaged the homeowner that he was en route and 15 minutes away. The homeowner replied that the part was not at the home, it was with her son, and ***** would need to pick up the part from the plumbing supply store. ***** being 5 minutes from the home for the 10AM, turned around on the mission for the specialty part. Locating the specialty part took some time, putting ***** at the clients home at 10:49AM. When ***** arrived to complete the work, he explained it would be 2 hours of labor, plus the price of materials, at which time the homeowner expressed her aggravation but did tell ***** to go ahead with the repair. When the tech was finished and cleaning up, the homeowner called our office to dispute the charge. We went over the hours that were involved, including the time in finding the correct specialty part, and the repairs done (**** hours, plus 50 minutes for sourcing the part).We would like to reiterate again, we believe in full transparency. We ALWAYS present the cost to the client and receive approval from the homeowner before any repairs are done. We record all our calls for quality purposes, and in this case, the homeowner did verify that ***** went over the pricing with her to which she approved.In no way do we conduct our business in a criminal manner. We are very open about our hourly rate and how we bill our clients. So much so, we list our pricing on our website.If the part would have been at the home, the trip to locate the specialty part would not have been a factor and the bill less of course, but we must compensate our employees for acquiring parts and the labor to fix the homeowners issues. Which we did.We realize we cannot make everyone happy all the time and some people feel the way they feel and there is nothing we can do about it. But do know, we are not criminals and we will continue to provide 5 star service for every client and treat them like we would our own family.

      An hour and a half to put a cap on a shower. Horrible. You lied about the labor. ***** explained one thing and then you changed it to cover yourself and said time to find a part. It's no specialty part. It's standard. What a bunch of lies. .
