ProSkill has provided excellent service since my husband and I began using the company in 2019, when one of our two heat pump units needed to be replaced. Our daughter had recommended them. Prior to that, we didnt get a leaky bathtub faucet fixed because we were told by another service that the drywall had to be cut out to access pipes that were otherwise inaccessible. ProSkill technicians solved the issue, without resorting to such a drastic measure. When our shower broke, a supervisor hand delivered a part to our remote location, so the water wouldnt have to be turned off for a day. ProSkill workers were conscientious and observed COVID protocol during the pandemic. We felt safe with them coming to our home. They have since flushed the water heater and replaced our second 20 year old HVAC system. The company responds to requests in a timely manner. The technicians are professional. Those who have helped us over the years, *****, ****, **********************, **************, *******, *****, and *****, were pleasant, and they always explained the problems.
