I needed help with a shower that was literally pouring out hot water! I am only in town for a week a month and I was able to get someone out on the same day which was a Sunday. ****** texted me before coming and was earlier than projected. He came, fixed the shower quickly and also helped answer my questions regarding another plumbing matter while there, and even prepped the other project for me to do easily at no charge.I had to call the next time I was in town for a small adjustment, same thing, ****** came the same day after hours, made the adjustment at no charge and repaired another item also at no charge. AMAZING! The person taking my call was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to be helpful and ****** was beyond amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend Lawson Family Plumbing!Review from Roger M

We had a problem draining one of our house toilets. Another plumbing company estimated wall and/or floor tear outs & possible toilet venting issues that could exceed $1,000 to fix the problem. I called Lawson Plumbing for a second opinion.Lawson sent out a very professional plumber within two days. He pulled the toilet and trenched the line. No luck. He found the issue was at the house pumping station, a service Lawson Plumbing does not do. He suggested I call their office to get a recommended company doing such work in our area. The office provided me a firm which I called. (This pumping station firm will be here within the week to fix the house pumping station issue.)The Lawson plumber cleaned up all his equipment and put our bathroom back - very clean and neat. The company did not charge me a dime - because they could not fix the issue.Amazing. I will be calling Lawson plumbing for any future plumbing issues at our house. Called and they set up appointment for same day late in the afternoon so I didn't have to miss work. They gave me an estimate which I considered reasonable for the work I need done and they completed the work same day. Highly recommend.
