            I called **************************** to replace a kitchen faucet. The plumber replaced the faucet but during the process he went upstairs by himself because he said he needed to run water, so he didn't get wet downstairs, I remained downstairs. I have never seen my tub spigot leak or run by itself. My ceiling has been ruined by water leaking. The same night I had a friend over, she can testify there was no problem with the ceiling and no leaking. This morning the ceiling was leaking with bubbles and ruined. The ** came over who was nice said he found a problem with the tub spout. All of a sudden, the next day the spigot came to life & started leaking. Zero problems until plumber came over. It can't be coincidental that happened right after the plumber. He could have done anything. The ** had a person that can do plastering and called them. I think this was a scam. I'll contact 3 on your side as well if they don't pay for the repair

            I had a water softener installed recently late in the evening by Second Opinion Pluming. The following day I googled to find out the cost of the water softener installed and to my dismay found out I was charged triple the amount of money for the similar/same (Aquatrol) softener sold on **** for only $709.95.The invoice did not include make and model of the unit, it did not show the unit and the labor cost breakdown only the lump sum amount ($2,295).The technician doing the work was not well prepared to do the job, he struggled with soldering the coupling joints attached to the unit and water leaked all over the garage floor only on 3rd attempt was the leak finally fixed and he ran out of propane gas and had to use my spare propane bottle to finish the job. I was very disappointed both with exaugurated price and workmanship, My advice is don't go to "Second Opinion " plumbing instead buy your own water softener online and get one of your ******* neighbors to do the plumbing job for you for fraction of the cost.
