    This complaint is against No Worries Rooter LLC, due to performing work that was not approved for and just sending an Invoice for it. The technician, *********************, the same day that the Invoice was received was questioned in regards to the work performed at the property and the service that was actually requested. The service request for which the company was contacted was to detect a possible underground leak, however once they were at the property, they made the decision to investigate to locate faults that the boiler system could have and to advise on repairs which was something that was not asked for nor approved. In addition, the Invoice states that adjustments to a faucet was performed, which did not occur.When the service call was made and they were asked about the cost, it was stated the leak detection fee was $250 and that if there were other repairs needed that will be over $250, they would be in contact directly which never happened. The only time a call was received from the company was to notify that they were on their way to the property, other than that nothing was received until notification to receive the Invoice thru email. Neither the property nor company feel there is a responsibility to pay for something that that was not requested. In addition, the service that was requested was not completed since there was no report on weather a leak was located or not.At the moment the company has filed a lien against the property for monies sought for work that was never approved of.     This company was recommended by a family friend. The owner came out and said there was a slab leak, called another person to check for asbestos and lead, said there would be a ******* charge for the testing, made holes in walls in 3 of my rooms. He then stated that there was water underneath the foundation, and it would cost between 20k and 40k to do the restoration, which did not include the plumbing. Mind you, there was no visible water damage anywhere! All I needed was for the leak to be found and plumbing to be fixed. He stayed at my house for almost 4 hours, trying to get me to sign various contracts, pay up front and submit an insurance claim after the fact. It was a "hard sell" tactic, felt like a time share presentation. He then charged me ******* for a pressure valve installation on the water main which took over 2 hours for his "plumbers" to install. I called another plumbing company who rerouted my hot water plumbing system for less than $1800.00. As a single woman homeowner, I feel manipulated and taken advantage of by this company. I wish I would have seen the accurate reviews before even calling them, but felt that because it was a relative of one of my family's friends, the company could be trusted. I also watched the video made by dateline of this same owner who goes by different names, ******************** or ****. Please check into the sales tactics used by this company.

However, as the female owner of this company, I stand by the transparency and integrity of our pricing model, which is based on industry standards and the scope of work required to ensure the highest quality service.

    I understand your perspective about having your plumbing rerouted and repaired for less than our initial service call. However, it's important to note that our estimates are based on thorough assessments by qualified, licensed professionals and reflect the necessary steps to address potential issues comprehensively.

    Per your email on 3/15/24, I want to clarify that no "scientist" was involved in the assessment process; instead, an environmental specialist was dispatched to conduct the necessary tests. Additionally, our team did not cause any large holes in your walls, as confirmed by our technicians on-site.

    While I empathize with your frustrations, I must inform you that I cannot offer a refund in this instance. I assure you that our pricing is fair and reflective of the expertise and quality of service we provide.

    Furthermore, as a woman myself, I want to reassure you that there is no gender disparity in our practices. We value all our customers equally and strive to provide exceptional service to everyone, regardless of age or gender.

    To address the almost 15-year-old video you reference, please know I cannot speak too much on the matter as it is currently under litigation. But know it is highly edited, and upon third-party review, ************** did everything correctly. 

    I regret any inconvenience or misunderstanding you may have experienced and remain committed to providing excellent service to all our customers.
