            Had them come out for a service check on dual heating system. Said our nest thermostat was not compatible. Needed new control board. Installed and nothing worked. Then the wrong thermostat was controlling the wrong side of the house. Then they said we needed a new damper. 3 weeks without heat. Often would tell us they would be out and never showed up. After all that we do have heat but every morning we get about an hour of cold air out of the vents before the warm air. Dual system not performing correctly. Will NEVER use them again.

This doesn't seem like our practices, we always strive to take care of our customers. Are you sure you have the right company?
