            Purchased Feb 2020 for around $300 from * Spray, an online transaction. The website for this termite injection tool gave a very brief discription of the item. It did NOT describe that the tool was designed exclusively for subslab injection, which is only half of what is necessary to complete a termite application. I used the tool as I have every other termite injection rod and it broke during the second application. I called to rectify the problem and was lead to believe that a standard termite rod would be sent in replacement. Months passed so I called again. I was ignored so I called a third party, ******* the manufacturer of the product. I spoke to a sales rep who knows the * Spray people, who said he'd go to bat for me. Weeks passed so I called * Spray again. The same contact person that blew me off before, asked me what I would be satisfied with to resolve this. I repeated that a standard rod would suffice. He took my address & acted like he would resolve this. I never heard back.

            My name is *************************, President of Quality Equipment & Spray and Qspray.com. I read every review. We take customer service and reviews very seriously, as evidenced by our over **** 4 & 5 Star reviews: https://www.qspray.com/customer-reviews/This person placed an order on July 26, 2021. Our merchant processor (the company that handles our credit card transactions) rejected the charge as being too high risk. Rather than just accepting that decision, our team did 2 things.1. Search ******** and Linkedin to see if we could verify the person. There were too many people with the persons name so we could not verify this way.2.We contacted this person and advised that if he could provide some additional verification, we might be able to get the transaction approved.The person declined to provide additional information, the order remained rejected, and he gave us a poor review.Our team did everything right on this transaction. I would not change anything.
