We were quoted a price. They could not deliver on the date promised. It took weeks to get back to us with the exact same estimate for less than 1/2 the original 2 rooms now 1 room because furniture was delivered that can't be moved. After repeated calls & promises for a new estimate, they texted the same estimate as for 2 ************* we had mgr come out & he would only take 1/4th off the original price for one small room. VERY poor attitude after all the delay and promises and 'thanks" for our patience and promises of.. "we'll treat you right." I said, so we are getting less, for more money & the company owner said "yes."

I contracted a job to epoxy my garage floor. After they contacted me to make sure I was going to be available on the scheduled date/time, they didn't show. No one contacted me, so I contacted them multiple times and they rescheduled multiple times that day stating "the painters were getting supplies or they were on another job". Rescheduled. The painters came, setup and by the end of the day they were done. They told me that I should be able to walk on the floor in 4 to 8 hours. The floor never dried (tacky/wet), didn't coat well in areas, and joints looked cloudy/ milky. I contacted the Project Manager (****), he sent them back another day to fix it. They came, resealed the floor and said 4-8 hours again. After 48hrs, I contacted the project manager and told him the floor was still not dry. I had to convince him to come out and see this. Now, 5 days after sealing the 2nd time, the project manager and another manager (******), came out, walked across the floor and almost got his shoes stuck in the sealant. We discussed the floor, joints, and compensation because the floor isn't completed and I can't keep taking off work. We ( **********************, my wife and myself) discussed some numbers for compensation and then decided to wait until the job was completed to finalize the figure. So, the painters came out, resealed the floor and joints. I contacted them again and said the floor finally dried, but the milky joints look like c*** I sent pictures of the discoloration to the project manager, he sent them out again (another day). Joints got scrapped and resealed. Joints were finally done, so I contacted the project manager to discuss the compensation, and was told they weren't going to compensate me anything because I didn't have to be at the home when work was being completed. I'm not happy with the project manager /manager defaulting on our agreement. I will never recommend this company, because they are untrustworthy. You should try another company.

I contracted and paid for a job on my commercial building in May of 2022. Although the initial job was good, they were to come back in 90 days and touch up places where there was peeling. It took a year for them to return after **** texts and phone calls. They finally came back this summer and finished the job, but missed a few places. I am now in the process of calling and texting to try again to get them to finish. There follow up and responsiveness are terrible.

We recently had our very dark kitchen cabinets painted by AZ Painting Co. ***** showed up right on time and was very friendly. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process. He was very communicative about when he would be here each day which I very much appreciated. The entire process start to finish took only 4 days. I expected a whole week so I was happy! I am beyond thrilled with the results. *****************!! 10/10 recommend!!

Great quote experience. **** was on time, explained the philosophy of the company, the benefits of using them and the painting process right away. He did a thorough job of inspecting the house, explained the scope of the job and the estimated length of project duration. He was polite and courteous and did not try to "sell" me on the quote before I felt comfortable. I still have a bid to get but I'm impressed with the company so far.

Wonderful customer service. He was also very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect once they have started painting.

Estimator ************ was very professional, friendly and thorough. He communicated well from confirming the appointment, arriving on time, to presenting the quote. We were impressed with the process he presented and his ability to answer all our questions and concerns.

We used Arizona Painting Company to paint our whole home exterior and garage interior about 4 years ago and they did a fantastic job. The job extended over a period of time where we were leaving the country for a bit and they completed the work in our absence with great results. The crew remained in contact with me as they finished the work.Based on that experience, we just had APC come out to quote the job of painting essentially our entire home's interior. We were leery of what to expect, given that the vast majority of our home's walls are finished in venetian plaster...a surface we are looking to remove. Every home remodeler we have had take a look at it has been stumped as to exactly what would need to be done to restore the walls to a more contemporary finish.When **** from APC entered our home to provide an estimate, he immediately identified the walls as being done in plaster, without us mentioning it. A great first sign that this was someone who knew their way around interior finishes. As he assessed the home, he reinforced that there was a lot of work to be done but never hesitated about the company's ability to handle the scope of refinishing *and* painting that would be needed. Again, we were thrilled to have someone who wasn't intimidated by the current state of our home. In addition to having the technical expertise we needed, **** was a pleasure to have in our home, taking the time to get to know a little bit about each of us as individuals. We can't wait to have our home updated and more reflective of who we are as a family.Thanks **** and ** Painting Company!
