I am a notary who they hired to do a closing. I got the documents for the closing and the Closing Statement and the CD had different numbers. The *** was blank. I have been a closer for 10 years and the Lenders that I have worked with do not give the Notary a blank document to complete. It also happened to be a weekend during the *** that a new holiday in the ** happened, Juneteenth. So, I did not use that day when I completed it the document. When they sent me a message to fix it, the customers had already gone back to *******. So, I tried to take care of it via email to have them fix. I did give it effort, but the scans back from the customer did not come back looking good enough. They deducted my pay, then wrote a terrible review on my Notary profile. My profile is not a lie and I do know what I am doing. I had sent messages regarding numbers not matching, and getting the documents fixed only to have a person who just wanted to be negative on the other side. This is the message they put about me. It is sad that they tried to take a negative step to hurt me. I would never want to work with any of these people again. Especially *******************************, who was the negative one. Two attempts at an *** and still got it wrong. The profile is a lie. Should not take someone with that much experience to get ***s correct. Then blamed it on the title company saying the docs were not put together correctly. So now it is up to the signer to get her errors corrected. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Nice of you to take the time to leave such a wonderful and inaccurate account of what happened. I wish you would have taken this much time to review the *** and get it right or at least call and ask. You still got paid.
