            This is from a Recall on my Tundra Tonneu cover that was never ****************** or fixed. The service manager did not want to listen to what I had to say. The mechanic only replaced the recall peices disregarding the fact that it could not be used properly even with the new parts. I have had to take three full days off of work, each time dealing with this.

            *** here with my family to look for a car. The salesperson, ****, was professional and nice to us. It changed when the sale manager came out. He was rude, unprofessional, and condescending. He showed discrimination toward us because we were Asian. Will file formal complain. Will advise people not to come here if you are Asian or minority.
