    Took my car in to get tint on the windshield on October 25, 2023. I had it done on two other vehicles and it makes it so nice to keep the heat off your hands while driving. I am in a barter group and talked to the owner of Arizona Hitchman and told him I wanted a clear tint on my windshield. I was not aware of what the tint percentages mean until this issue so I said I wanted clear. He gave me the price of $300 and I took the car in. When I picked it up, I noticed it was darker than I had had before but I was late for another appointment and left. In the bright sunlight it was not a big issue. The tinter also told me I could not wash the window for three days. The window had dirt streaks all over it. In the direct sunlight it was hard to see through. I have washed it five times since and still cannot get all the dirt off of it. I have never left from having my tint done with dirty windows. Why can other tinters give you a car with clean windows and ** Hitchman gives you a car with filthy window?I left late that afternoon to go to ******** and when I was arriving it was dark. I had a hard time seeing, it was like I was wearing sunglasses at night. Very unsafe. I hit a small curb that I could not see but fortunately did not damage the rim of my new car. I called to talk to the owner ***** but he is only in from 8 to 11 so I finally got him on Monday morning. It turns out that they put on a 50% tint since it is cheaper even though I mentioned I wanted a clear tint. 50% is darker and is similar to what is put on the rear windows which I did not want. He said that the 70% tint (which is what I had asked for saying clear) would cost me $400 more since it was a better film and he had to take the old tint off. He wants me to pay to remove his mess up! He basically admitted that he did not put on what I wanted and put my safety at risk by putting on a dark tint. I was in shock when I figured out that he intentionally put on a dark and cheaper tint to make more money and did not put on what I had asked for. He accepted no responsibility for his actions and when I said "You are blaming me for this", he hung up. He will not stand behind his screwup. I wish I had read his other reviews because not taking care of customers and hanging up on them is apparently his style. I now have to pay another company to redo his screwup. This is going to cost me out of pocket at least $400. I have already lost several hours of time and will have to redo this with another company and lose even more time.

    I bought a Groupon for them to get my husband's windows tinted for Christmas as a surprise and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. I presented the Groupon and the salesman *** showed me three options to choose from with the Groupon and told me I had to pay for two additional windows that weren't included. No problem. After the work they charged me an extra $200 because they said what I picked was extra. They did not tell me that before they did the work and they did not care. Have no remorse. This is not an honest business
