On June 29, 2021, Mark Doss Wesbrooks entered into a Consent Order with the Arizona State Bar. The consent order settles allegations that Mark Wesbrooks failed to maintain adequate and accurate records, utilized unorthodox internal accounting methods, bypassed the trust account, commingled funds, failed to train and supervise staff, and temporarily converted client funds. Under terms of the order, Mark Wesbrooks was reprimanded and placed on probation for one year and pay costs and expenses totaling $1,462.50.
On July 7, 2022, the probation was completed.
This action is final.
