      I went through DKB for my complete kitchen remodel. In August 2023, we walked in and spoke with our salesman, *****. After the experience that we had, I would describe ***** as abrasive, aggressive and rude. If you read other reviews from other sites, you will see that I am not the only person to feel this way. The fact that the same description of him has been said by multiple customers and DKB has kept him employed, says a lot about the company. We signed our contract on 8/25/23 and we were asked to leave a 5-star review on *****, we did this and have since changed the review. When we signed the contract, I stated the importance of having the kitchen done by Thanksgiving as I am the one to host it. ***** assured me that he would do everything in his power to have it done the week prior. This was in August, and it finally was finished in March!! It took 27!!!! weeks to complete our kitchen! The demo guys came and one of the guys was standing in my doorway and said he was so drunk from the night before that he thought he was going to puke. He dropped so many F bombs and was profusely sweating; I would assume from drinking so much. Then the appliance guys came and accused the pool company guys of stealing their tools. I have cameras and as soon as I mentioned that "they suddenly found the tools." They were not good actors, and I knew what scam they were going for. The install date was Nov. 1,2 and 3rd. The install guy complained about everything from how far I lived from him to his cell coverage in my area because it kept shutting his music off. On March 4th, 2024, Junior came to our house and finished the install of the cabinets and missing items. Junior was on time, kind, personable and knowledgeable on finishing up the kitchen. I feel awful for him to face the brunt of everyone's frustrations since he is the last to come into the kitchen. DKB requires your money upfront, so you don't have a leg to stand on when they mess up. DKB is a joke, RUN AWAY! I wish I had.

      They tell you six to eight weeks then the deliver damaged cabinets Missing doors and drawers leave you with it for weeks then another 3 weeks for countertops. Very displeased. Tell the truth how long the process is and by the way still missing doors drawers and countertops week 3

      I am personal happy with the work Diamond Kitchen & Bath Inc. did for me. ***************************** was the representative who helped me get my bathroom done from beginning to end. He told me the price of the job and approximately when it will be completed. The whole job was completed right on time. ***************************** was helpful to me during the total duration of the job. Majority of the time when I called him he would always answer the telephone or returned my calls in a timely manner. Anyone here in *******, ******* needing work done in your home I highly recommend Diamond Kitchen & Bath Inc.

      This place is a joke! They don't return phone calls or emails. I still have warranty work they were supposed to do and never did. Do yourself a favor find another place

      I have the exact same complaints as ************ (10/12/2022) has and that GHA999 (09/20/21) had.Once they got out $20,000 all decent, respectable, and dignified customer service seems to have stopped. I have to call on a consistent basis to ask over and over when our cabinets and counter tops will be finally completely installed. We ordered with ******* in the Mesa store back in August of 2022. It is now January 12, 2023 and the job is not done. ******* is no longer employed so now we deal with ****. We have been without a kitchen sink and counter tops for 6 weeks. We have a family of 6. We are having to wash our dishes in the bathtubs and bathroom sinks, we are having to buy paper plates and plastic utensils, wipes, etc. so we don't have to wash our stuff in the tubs and sinks. We are missing 7 handles to our cabinets I have called once a week for the past 3 weeks and there is not handles and no one to install them. They need to install a shelf, no one to install it. The Valance above the fridge is the wrong color, no one to fix the problem. Some of the soft close cabinets do not close all the way. The counter top team came out today to finish the deal , but the cabinets where the sink is supposed to go are not level. My wife is mad. She tried to call **** but he is not in the ************ He hasn't called her back and its 2:34 pm as I type this and she has left 3 messages throughout the day staring at 8:30 am. I just called and left a message for ****. The counter tops couldn't get installed today because no one can fix the problem of the cabinets being unlevel so now still no sink. I had to tell the plumber scheduled for tomorrow Friday, 1/12/2023, but now if have to reschedule that. There are things I am leaving out but I am so mad that I have to waste 20 minutes of my life writing this because I can't get ahold of anyone , nobody will call us back, and they are now taking advantage of our patience and exploiting that to make excuses. ***

      My parents ordered cabinets in early April, its now mid-October and this company has been horrible to work with. The cabinets were installed (at least some of them) so poorly its unbelievable! There are actual HOLES in the side of some of the side panels, one cabinet in the kitchen wasnt levees so simply installed with shims between the cabinet and the granite countertop, they are missing door fronts in both bathrooms and in the kitchen, the pantry they had custom made didnt show up initially but is here now and hasnt been installed for weeks. They made appointments to come do the work but simply never show up. No communication what-so-ever. You have to continually call and beg for information. Many of these custom cabinets have gross flaws in the wood which the installers simply put wood putty over (which wipes right off). The soft-close hinges are only installed haphazardly although my parents paid for them on all cabinet doors. One of the bathroom drawers didnt fit due to the plumbing so they simply took the face off and glued that down (this now not usable) so I cut the drawer down to fit around the plumbingwhich they shouldve done! They have no idea when the rest of the pieces are coming in and no idea when the installers will come out the pantry in. We need these put in place to get boxes off the floor and unpacked because they are a fall hazard for my elderly parents. I truly feel like theyve taken gross advantage of my parents because they are older and not about to get upsetbut I will!! Im sick of the run around and want this done.

      Hi *****, first and foremost, I want to apologize for any discontent you or your parents have had with the process up to this point and I want to assure you that any issues that your parents are having with their purchase will be addressed 100%. I am being told that we had an appointment scheduled on Friday to address all of the concerns and when we called your parents on our way over they said they were no longer able to be available for the appointment. When we called on Monday to come out nobody answered the phone. We will be in contact with you today or tomorrow on a date to return to the house to address all of the concerns so that the finished product is fantastic! We look forward to getting your parents a completed kitchen.To all the BBB Community, any purchase with our company in regards to the labor comes with a minimum 2 year service warranty. We are committed to the happiness of every customer that walks through our doors!

      We ordered and signed our contract for new kitchen cabinets and granite in March of 2021. We were told by our salesperson, ***********************, that it would take ***** weeks to receive our cabinets which would be late May to early June. We prepared and emptied our kitchen in preparation. I contacted *********************** by email late May and he proceeded to tell us that the cabinets had never been ordered due to his mistake of never charging us the right amount on the initial deposit. Asked if he could rush or expedite cabinets due to his mistake. **** said he would look into and get back to us by the weekend. We never heard anything back. The next thing I heard was the install date was going to be Oct 19th ( we ordered in March) **** or Diamond did nothing to help us to get our cabinets expedited. The cabinets were received Oct 18th. Full payment was required to deliver but there were many missing or wrong pieces (drawers, molding etc). Tried to find out when we would receive these items from *********************** already paid for and was given no date. I would not recommend Diamond Kitchen.

      Once this company sells to you and gets paid, they do no follow-up and if the installation process goes wrong they do nothing to fix the problem and they virtually ignore you, your problem, the fact that you might not have your kitchen completed for weeks or months. It's just not important to them since they have your money. They totally messed up the counter template and it stopped the install midway leaving us with an unusable kitchen. I will not recommend this company.
