Id been researching ways to earn an income. I purchased a domain on their webpage for more than $2,000 because it was the domain of my dreams. I saw positively and absolutely no indication that there was a payment plan associated with the domain purchase and thought the domain was paid in full per the receipt. While researching and planning for a website, I checked on the domain and it indicated that I didnt have an active domain. I was informed that the domain was taken back because I had not made a payment. I pleaded with them for a refund but was told that their policy doesnt provide for refunds. After getting the runaround, (i.e. ***********. is looking into it, the Dedicated Team is looking into it) it was clear to me that I had a duty to warn others. Contemptible, shady, malicious, extremely unfair financial transaction. May ******** God, Allah (may ** be exalted), who sees and knows everything, ease our affairs and give us strength to forgive the people that cause us harm. Ameen

This domain, IslamicBoutique.com was clearly on a payment plan and you missed a payment due 2023-10-01 06:56:23
As per our terms and conditions, the domain was transferred back to the seller.
It was 12 months of installments of 178.67 per month.
There would be no refund in this scenario as the terms state that the payment plan must be completed before you own the domain and if the payments are not made then the domain gets transferred back to the seller.Moreover, the price display clearly shows the full price of $4288 and the options for payments, instead of $2000 as you claimed.

I contacted this company and they refused to remove a domain that was using their services to spoof Amazon login pages. Other providers I had no issue and they promptly removed the abusive domain, but they simply stated that I did not have enough information and they simply couldnt remove the domain. I sent them a direct link from the domain with the offending URL address which clearly points to their service. Namesilo has deactivated my domain without notice for no reason they need to be shutdown ASAP. Zero Stars if I could. Warning do not use Namesilo to buy your domain they are basically a Scam.Review from Larry T

So today I went through my emails and saw that I had an email from NameSilo renewing a few domains that I had with them. Well I didn't want those domains renewed and they were to expire on May 17th, 2022(today is May 5th, 2022). Namesilo renewed them on May 1st and when I contacted them today, 5 days later. They said they couldn't give me a refund because they had a 48 hour refund policy. Well my domains were not expired yet so I haven't used their service yet, what's the big deal?Are they really this desperate to try to rob customers from a few dollars? No where on their website or emails state that they have a 48 hour refund policy on services that hasn't even started yet.Well I filed a dispute with Paypal and decided to share this info with the rest of you since I'm having an irated day with this company.Review from tmorris52 MCNE

Hey BBB, is the addresses below correct for namesilo and scrollingsystem?Are there a companies there?After research and reading other reviews this looks like bad actors. Possibly state sponsored. ** and ** pointers. Namesilo.com has CLOUDFLARE ************ and scrollingsystem.com has AWS ************ involved as with a lot of this junk.. I should say hiding behind AWS and CF. DO NOT order domain or hosting products from namesilo. Your order details will show an order for YRS/QTY. I bought a domain and hosting at the same time from them, assuming both were for 1 year. The email I received stated 1 YRS/QTY for both products. However, the hosting was only good for 1 month. Not sure how this happened as I wanted 1 year for both and the order details stated as such.BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE AND DECEIVING emails from namesilo
