            I called this place because they have a hard-to-find fire alarm horn strobe in stock on their website, they confirmed they had it in stock and they agreed to ship it out same they if I pay the overnight service, which I did, then I called to verify they received the order, the person on the phone told me he will take care of my order without any problem. I needed the horn strobe by next Monday, that was the reason to pay for expedited service. Today is Tuesday and they haven't sent the device and they have stopped responding to my messages and calls, this is very bad for a business, a very unreliable company, and I won't recommend anyone dealing with them.

The item was delivered 2 business days late, but still shipped via ************************ To fix this concern, we have also issued a full refund of the product and shipping, and have not requested a return of the product.Please note that our small shop processes approximately 300 and 500 orders per month. We rarely have issues like this. We rarely receive comments and reviews on this platform.We took note of this problem, and always strive to do better and better.If there's anything we can do to help, please let us know.
