            I cancelled my membership to this gym in January of 2021, the last time I was in the actual facility. COVID forced places to close in March of 2020. When everything finally started re-opening, this business continued to charge me the $10 monthly fee as well at the $39 yearly fee for 2 years. When I contacted the business, they were somewhat helpful, but only offered to refund $79 for the trouble. I should not be penalized for the mistakes of young and dumb college and high school kids working the front desk. I want all of my money refunded since February of 2020. That included the yearly fees from 2020 and 2021, $39 each. And $10 a month since October 2020. Well over $200.

            Im a female who gets harassed by men there regularly. This includes the asst ******* ******. I have attempted to remedy this by using words, and continue to get harassed so I filed a formal complaint against ******. The next time I saw ****** at the gym, he sent an employee after me to tell me my membership was not valid. After assuring him my membership is current, he appeared confused so I explained to him that this is just continued harassment by ******. I will not let this go
