            I participated in an online auction on Tuesday Jan 16. I am the winning bidder on one item, Lot 395a a vintage bolo tie. The auction house is claiming the ability to remove the lot from the auction after they sold it. They claim there was a last minute dispute with their consigner and they attempted to remove the items in dispute from their auction catalog. They failed to remove one of the items from their catalog and instead they sold it to me at public auction. They sent me the invoice memorializing our contract the next morning. They are thus far refusing to fulfill their contract and release my property. *************** made an error and is refusing to correct his error. Mistakes happen, he needs to step up and fulfill his legal obligations. They are now refusing to correct their mistake and apparently expect me to just walk away. I want the item I purchased.

            I have done business with many auction houses around the country and Pot Of Gold Auctions in Avondale AZ is by far the most professional, with the best service, quality photos and descriptions of my items. They went above and beyond to keep us updated step by step and we received payment within days. The owners and staff are friendly and true experts at what they do. I was thrilled to see the very reasonable consigner fee considering the professional photography, the well researched description, and the extra advertising they do to ensure I get top dollar for my pieces. I will ONLY use Pot Of Gold from now on! I can not say enough about my wonderful experiences with them over the years. A+++++++
