8/31/2024 The shades themselves are nice, however the automated motor is incredibly loud. They were pretty difficult to get synced up with the select connect bridge. All-in-all, I’m not sure I would order the automated curtains again.

8/27/2024 Yes I received my blinds, yes they are installed and fit the window. Moving forward, I did notice that the previous blinds felt heavier. By that I mean the wood looked thicker. Also, the valance on the previous blinds had magnets attached this time we had to attach them. I realize this is progress but, I feel it is backward. They feel flimsy to me.

8/20/2024 Received order on time. There are some manufacturing debris trapped between the blind panels that cannot be taken out unless fabric is ripped

8/19/2024 I received my order. Damaged. Both units were dented and packaging had damage. i was able to install still and spoke to Customer service in regards to the issue. they offered new blinds. i am debating as i spent most of the day trying to straighten them I was hoping for just a discount on my next set... but since i got bogo they dont want to make me an offer. (your stuff is always on 40% off or better so not sure why... you run a kohls model where its gotta be on sale to be competitive) im supposed to reach out wehn im ready for my last two as ive done my whole house now with your shades.
