We purchased a Pivot E-bike 04/21/23 at Global bikes in ******* for ********* After Two and half months that we used the bike, motor-battery stopped charging. We took bike for repairs at Absolute bikes (Pivot dealer) in ******, but they were not able to fix. We contacted ********************* at Pivot bicycles for this issue, he took the bike for motor repairs beginning of September. **** at Pivot bikes said they found a second problem and time fixing will be longer. A week later, **** at ***** said they found one more issue, three total now and they were going to keep bike longer. We made all attempts to correct issue but now we were dealing with a defective bike. We contacted ***** the manager at Global Bikes where we purchased and We explained the situation of all the issues on this bike and we asked for a different bike or refundJacob the manager at Global bikes refused to do one (refund) or the other one (replace) and said he didnt have our money and told me to go back To Pivot Corporate to resolve this issue. Went to **** at Pivot Corporate and explained my conversation with Global Bikes, **** said they can only fix the bike but for refunds-replacements Global Bikes is responsible for. **** Asked me to go where we purchased and get a refund from them. Told ****, ***** at Global Bikes refused and sent me to resolve issue with Pivot. -At this point, we realized ***** at Global Bikes and **** at Pivot corporate were pushing the blame and responsibility to each other., very frustrating situation. We paid for a new bike and they are forcing us to keep a very expensive defective product -Global Bikes took ********* -Global bikes is were we purchased the bicycle and we are now demanding our money back and an official complaint against Global Bikes store for selling defective products, misleading information ( any issue they would take care but they are not), refusing to replace/refund and bad business practices!
