Biggest mistake in my life bringing my truck in here to get worked on. They're incompetent. I've taken my vehicle back several times for the same issues. Each time they tell me it's ready and everything is good, there is either the same issues or new ones. They replaced my original motor and trans with a larger, supposedly newer one. But never changed anything to accommodate the extra power. I finally sent them a certified letter threatening a lawyer and they finally put in the proper cooling system to accommodate the bigger motor and said everything was good to go, yet again. Unfortunately, when they installed a new temperature gauge, they screwed up something with the electrical because now, when I put the lights on, I have no right side turn signal or brake light and my windshield wipers no longer work. My original antenna is missing, speedometer is still messed up, there's oil on top of this supposed "new" motor, you can smell gas leaking somewhere......before this final time I brought the truck in, I called and got a voicemail for the manager's real estate business! I also asked if the can increase the differential gears to accommodate the newer larger motor and trans and was told they don't have anyone there that can do that. WTF? After almost $30,000 dollars given to them, I not only have a vehicle that isn't legal to drive, but I have to take it to a REAL mechanic to fix everything proper. Can't wait to read their b.s. response to this.
