Order a rock protector for my truck and payed for it to be installed by service department at Larry Green Chevrolet dealership in ********** **. So that it would be installed properly. When I was driving at approximately 65 miles per hour about a 12 pice flew off on the left side . I went to the dealership service department and told the first person that come to the desk and told them what had happened he replied that I had to purchase a new one at my cost I told him that thats not right. He said he could not help me and said that the service manager would have to make the decision when he showed up to me standing by my truck which I had purchased there a few months ago. And he said that some things had had to hit the rock deflector and broke it off. I told him what I felt had happened was that it was not properly put on thats a glue tape which holds the reflector on did not adhere to the surface, which allowed air to get underneath the deflector under hood causing it to bend up a break off. He told me that he would order me a new one but I would have to go to someone else to have it installed because I question the ability of his employee. I said that was not right because I would have to pay for the old one to be taken off and then pay for it to be installed. I showed him where the tape did not stick properly to the lower left corner and also where the installer had used my hood of my truck to cut the tape leaving several cutting marks on my new truck I told her that that was not very professional and at that time him and his employee walked off. I got a hold of the sell man told him what was going on and he said that he would have to let things cool down and would get back with me on a decision a week later no contract so I emailed the sell man and told him I was going to write a review and would not be doing any more business with ***** Green Chevrolet and when my new part arrived, I would take it to a professional and have them install bill them.

My experience with Larry Green was just beyond words. Took in the vehicle for a issue with it not shifting up till you went faster. Found out it needed a tune up done it. This was before first payment. On the way there going down a 6 percent grade down the canyon the vehicle jumped up to **** rpms and stayed stuck, brakes did not slow it down, had to speed up for it jump down. Mind you this going down hill. My daughter in the car with two little ones under the age of three. Scared and crying by the time she arrived. They had the car almost two weeks and said they could not duplicate issue. We picked up car and two weeks later when my daughter and her family go on a mini vacation 3 hours away it happed again multiple times. Monday morning I called ***** in service told him the issue and asked if could have a vehicle for them ready so they could go home. I also called the service manager, left a message to make sure that this whole thing would run smoothly so my family could get home safely. Did not happen. Gave excuse they had nothing they could give her to drive. I was at this time ****** and told ***** that he needed to get someone in charge to talk to me now. I finally got to talk to *****. They were then going to trade out for a different vehicle. Payment to high and they jumped the price up by 4k . They finally gave her a used vehicle to take home after 3 hours and crying babies. Them saying they would try and fix hers vehicle or find another to put her in. Next morning they call early stating they want the car back and upset because my son in law posted the experience they had. We get there and this gentleman comes out and just hands her the keys and said the vehicle is over there. After speaking to him Said he a manager, found out later he was only a salesman. Told us they never took the vehicle out to check when ******* told us they did and could duplicate problem. We were lied to on them taking it out and who people were. Not happy with them.
