      COULTER CADILLAC EXTRA FEES. ON A USED 2019 CADILLAC XT5, MILEAGE ***** An extra extended service contract for ****, which did get cancelled and refunded. Items I have asked to be refunded:Gap coverage for ****. Ask of it also to be cancelled but never happened. Key Replacement ******. preparation fee 695.00.State sales tax ****** City Sales tax ****** Should be prorated .This Dealer adds on things not needed or wanted. Like key replacement, if you lose your *****. Then they charge the buyer for preparation Fee? Then my trade in was devalued because of what it would cost to get t ready for Resale.The Cadillac is a Great Car, but the dealer is FAR FROM HONEST.

      Refused to honor the coupon they mailed to me for 15% off my service. The coupon specified "Choose any service available in our service department. This exclusive offer not valid for insurance work, warranty, other offers or service specials."I was informed that oil changes are 'service specials,' therefore the coupon was not applicable. The service advisor/agent then went own to say that all maintenance would be a 'service special' and that the coupon was only applicable for repairs.My oil change, with taxes, fees, and surcharges, was $122.49.Rather than give me the 15%, or $15, they opted to lose me as a customer. They would have been better off not mailing me coupons they have no intention of honoring.

      I (*************************) scheduled a service appointment at your dealership 2 weeks ago informing ********* of my needs. I was given an appointment for 8/12/21 @ 8am, I was also given the name of the service technician that would be helping me, I even got the location of where he (*****) sits. What I didn't get was informed that I would be charged a diagnostic fee despite the fact of me knowing what I needed done. Then when my husband ***************************** gets there and is not informed of a diagnostic fee (Knowing this was his first time at this establishment.) or that connecting the car to a "computer" is technically a diagnostic test being performed. Diagnostic was not a term used at all...With that being said, he was not informed that there is a significant fee that we would be charged for this service of $169 for this diagnostic test that was performed. So, ***** (the service technician) informs him (******) that we need a new battery that will cost us $300. When ****** declined the $300 battery he was then told we had to pay $169 for the diagnostic. So, pay $300 for a battery or $169 for a diagnostic test. This definitely was a bait and switch. This is a terrible way to provide customer service. The service manager was made aware of the situation and refused understand or to make this right.We have been to several Cadillac dealerships in the country and have never been charged a diagnostic fee.
