Concerning one of their attorneys in *********** *****, ***************************. Incompetent and does not know the law. I was told by her that there is no law that could help me in my situation with probate so I found an attorney outside of their network and have to pay twice as much for the same issue. Which there is a law that my problem is related to. She sounded lazy on the phone and turns out she doesn't know her job and shouldn't have one.

**********When I got served with divorce papers and saw where my wife wanted the house my dad bought for me before he died or at least having the house sold and proceeds split, I knew I would need an experienced/agressive divorce attorney in my corner. I found that attorney at the Firm of Davis, Miles, McGuire and Gardner. At our first meeting ******* Gardner was very attentive and up front in explaining to me how ****% of divorces in AZ went as far as community property division is concerened and that being comminity property is sold proceeds split but ****% wasn't 100% and if retained him he would fight tooth and nail for me to keep the house. I cannot begin to convey how masterful he was in video conferences with opposition and Judge. How he shot down her every attempt (3 times she tried) to have me removed from the house so she could take up residence "to clean house and ready it for the market." In the end I got to keep my house but I had to buy her half out. The a amount the judge decided I owed her was well below the current market value at the time. I am 100% certain that had I retained any other firm, I would have lost the last thing my dad did for me before he passed. I cannot sing praises enough for Davis Miles McGuire and Gardner.And even though my bill is settled in full, I am forever in their debt.

5 STARS...this is what this company deserves. If you have any negative comments to share or rate this firm less than 5 stars, then go pay an attorney 400+ an hour to get less results. Don't blame the attorneys for your emergency or legal advice. They are not there to tell you what you want to hear, they are here to tell you the right answer, the law.. I have used these attorneys from simple information to needing them in my corner and they have prevailed each time going beyond my expectations. Thank you Davis Miles, McGuire, Gardner!

After I went to legal shield a scam ,they sent me to Davis miles.They gave me to ************* where I requested that he get a document I was needing and was unable to get my self, due to the fact I work for a living and can't be on my phone all day to **** someone down so it was the total scam that is legal shield and the complete incompetence of Davis miles.For 7 months Davis miles and ************* assured me they were and did everything and it was the insurance company at the wrong That was a lie ************* did not get the necessary paperwork ************* and Davis miles wrote the most pathetic letter to the insurance company because them being lawyers they did not meed to get the right paperwork because they are special and don't need to follow procedures 7 months I payed for these lies I was told by ************* and Davis miles No one cares Not even the **** association It so bad that they can cheat you out of money Lie right to your face and belive they are right Not once even trying to do the legal or right thing I get no response from ******* **** Legal shield Davis miles Mcguire and gardner Or ************* So I'm going to write and call everyone

By way of background, we provide limited scope representation for our clients who have LegalShield memberships. The exact scope of the representation depends upon their particular contract, but generally we can provide advice and consultation, a document review if appropriate and a letter to help resolve an issue, if appropriate. We disagree with ********************** characterization of the work performed for her by our firm. She did not provide us with the necessary documentation that we requested to assist her and then she cancelled her membership. We are sorry that, despite our best efforts and providing legal services above and beyond the limits of her limited membership plan, we were unable to resolve this matter for **********************. At the time she chose to cancel her membership there was nothing more we could do for her.

If you are paying monthly services to this company, you are wasting your money! Especially if you are an educational professional. This company doesn't do much legal representation they mostly focus on legal advice. As an educator, I needed someone to write a letter to the Arizona Board of Education and represent me at a hearing with them. Davis-Miles McGuire legal shield said they would not represent me due to conflict of interest reasons. Which made no sense because the case was already dismissed in court. The case regarding a pretense that I punched a student while substitute teaching. So it should not have been difficult to defend me on this manner.

Mr. ****** was not a client of our firm.
