    I had a problem with my fridge where ice is building up on the inside back wall and it’s not cooling properly. Tried to defrost it but slowly the problem came back and a huge piece of ice developed. E&J came out January 4th 2021 to attempt to fix this problem after coming out earlier in December to diagnose. They told me I had to wait for them to order 2 parts to replace. I called them a dozen times asking for the 1 year warranty they claim to give on the parts, to be emailed to me in writing. I never got that email. I paid about $500-600 for the repair and parts. It is now June and my fridge still has the SAME EXACT problem. Assuming they would keep their word and go by the warranty, I called them again. A technician came out yesterday, June 17th 2021. He opened the fridge, glanced inside for 2 seconds, and told me it’s now a different part broken. How convenient for them. So maybe I should get a refund for the first two parts you replaced since it has the SAME problem.

    ***** Appliance came out and diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. They were timely, professional, polite and knowledgeable. Checked out my washer thoroughly and gave me an estimate of the repair cost. Before leaving they gave me an acceptable time frame for the repair. I could not have been more pleased with their service, repair and employee. I would highly recommend them to anyone with appliance problems.
