            Been having AC issues since moving into new build house. Reeis was company that builder used to install AC. They fixed hole in line, and airflow problem but still need to replace fan and motor on outside unit. Have been scheduling it since October but they keep cancelling and its one excuse after another. They are also supposed to fix exhaust fan in master bath which is not working. I have been calling them once a week and all they do is say that their warranty **** is on the phone, take down my info, and say that they will call back, but they never do. The builder has also tried to schedule to have them come do the repairs but they are giving the builder the run around also. They have cancelled on me a total of 6 times now since October 2021. This is warranty job that has been open since October of 2021. So in summary, three warranty items need to be addressedoutside unit fan needs replacing, outside unit motor needs replaced, and master bath exhaust fan needs fixed.
