Terrible experience. Had a tech out for a malfunctioning AC that barely spoke English and had to call the company to get a translation on what he was trying to say. They claimed he was one of their best. Charged us $235 not disclosed prior for a quick diagnosis, but stated could not fix the problem due to not having the part and that the office would call me with an estimate. After several phone calls and several days (meanwhile a restaurant closed with food going bad), the office finally quotes approx. 7 days to get the part and still no quote. Had to call and ask for a quote and a part number to look for part myself. After climbing on the roof myself to look at the unit, I was able to obtain the needed part number. Called a local A/C technician, who came out that day and fixed replaced the part along with some other problems not identified in previous diagnosis. This tech had the part in his truck and said all should have. When finally received quote from DAL was higher than I paid to local company and the part identified in quote was not correct part needing replacement. Do not recommend.

Fair and honest. Ive used DAL exclusively for 8 years. I always get real, transparent quotes. The trust is that Im not being oversold. After that, anyone should be ok with the cost when the service is stellar.

Dal Conditioning and Heating is such an excellent company always doing there best for their customer with great pride i would totally recommend them to my family and friends

DAL AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING IS THE BEST!!!!!We have used Dal for over 30 years. He helped us out way back when we were in our first home and gained my trust and loyalty then. **** took the extra time to fix an ac issue that probably would have been easier to sell us a new fan, but he fixed our existing fan instead.We are in our forever home now for over 23 years and of course we have used him for various repairs. When it came time to replace our units he was by far the best price for even better units than some of the other AC guys. Have referred him to in-laws and had his help while settling my fathers estate and a unit needed to be replaced. Cannot emphasize what a great company this is. I also can't believe it has taken me this long to leave a positive review. And POSITIVE it is. If you need a trustworthy, reliable, honest ac repair---DAL is it!!!
